1.   Total Birth Package   

We offer complete care from the day you contact us in your pregnancy, throughout the birth and up to a month after you have had your baby.

Pricate Antenatal care

We can arrange all the necessary blood test scans and consultant appointments if needed. We can provided all you antenatal care in your own home at a time convenient to you. These visits usually last about an hour, so there is plenty of time to discuss your needs and plan your care in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. At the same time we will be carefully checking the well-being of you and your baby.

Together we will plan your birth and aftercare, after giving you accurate, researched based information that enables you to make a truly informed choice. We are available for telephone advice and support though out your pregnancy, so you always feel supported and safe.

If you are planning a home birth and want to use the pool, we will bring it to your home and set it up in readiness for you.

Private Birth care 

From 37 weeks onwards we are on call and available for you day and night, whether you choose to give birth in hospital or at home. We offer advice and support in early labour and will visit you at home if you require. Once labour is established we will stay with you, supporting and guiding you and your birth partner. Throughout labour we will carefully monitor you and your baby’s well being until your baby is safely born.

Private Postnatal Care

We offer all postnatal care at home, supporting you in those first few days and weeks as you and your partner adjust to your new baby. We help and advise you, supporting you however you choose to feed your baby. We monitor you and your baby’s health for the whole 28 days we visit, unless you feel ready for dischage from our care before this.

2. Private Antenatal and Postnatal Care Package

For those women who  only want private antenatal and postnatal care we offer an antentatal and postnatal package, similar to the total package without labour care. Private medical insurance will very often cover all of this package, check with your provider.

Antenatal Care Package:

• Antenatal appointments at home from early pregnancy
• All scans, blood tests,consultant appointments arranged
• Minimum 1 hour per appointment
• Your choice of number of appointments
• Times to suit you including weekends/evenings
• 24-hour telephone advice/support
• antenatal education/birth preparation

Postnatal  Care  Package:                                                                  

• Daily wellbeing checks for mother and baby
• Practical babycare advice and guidance
• Expert support for breastfeeding
• Emotional support - adjusting to parenthood for mums and dads
• Minimum 1 hour per appointment
• Your choice of number of visits up tp 6 weeks after birth (not usually available on NHS)

 Costs:

Total Birth Package : £3000

Antenatal and Postnatal Care only : £1500

Antenatal Care only: £750

Postnatal Care only: £750

Labour and Birth Care only: £1500

Individual Visits (antenatal or postnatal): £75

Private medical insurance will often pay all or part of these costs. Check with your provider.
