Co-operative Bank business banking… broken again
Check out today’s error message from Co-op online business banking. It is amazing, it always seems to be broken when I need it. Either I am unlucky or it is broken a hell of a lot of the time:

A delightful message to show your user. Sounds very much like the system is overrun. Which means either an inability to manage load/scale your system properly, or the system is falling over.
CORBA. Yes CORBA. Really. In 2008.
Co-op bank, I am sick of this, and sick of writing to you about this crap that you forced on us customers. Nothing changes. No announcements. No road map. No improvement.
I’m getting very close to registering co-op-online-business-banking-sucks.com and setting up a forum for people to air their complaints…

I like how the idea of expressing our frustration with other organization by building out websites to let the WORLD know!!! this will cost them more money than they might anticipate when a person googles them and find frustrated clients website ranked higher than the offical one! go for it, its the only way you can make your point, as it will cost more to take legal actions!!

Same error message today.
I bank with Smile and Coop Buisness and feel exactly the same.
They’ve rested on their laurals for coming onto a decade. Both sites absolutely suck – you cant even download statements from Smile.
I have also considered a imnotsmiling.co.uk site its only because of their ethical lending policy that I stick with them.
But actually they need the criticism or they will not survive.
Go for it – I’ve just wasted most of this afternoon trying to make just 4 payments. I feel like billing them for my time.
Hear hear. The website is a joke even when it is up and running it is extremely slow. In addition, in my own experience they also offer zero customer service and completely fail to live by their so called ethical practice when it comes to assisting new and small businesses.
