Absolutely terrible. I had no idea it had been goin on for so long. I recently switched to the coop and I am startin to wish I hadn't! I too need internet access as my closest branch is over 100miles away.
After calling the coop to complain I was told that they were aware of the problem and were developing a whole new system that would be live towards the end of the year! Thats more than two years to get it sorted!

I agree the service is terrible. When the service is actually running, it runs VERY slowly most of the time. It has the look and feel of cheap website knocked up by a start up company, rather than a buisness banking site. I was actually paid £50 to do a market research thing on it just before it was released. I thought I was testing a very early test version, and I sat there for an hour basically saying how crap it was. Unfortunatly it was released unchanged as the finished product a few weeks later.

Total efffing disaster. Not only did it take them months and months to set up cos they kept losing our forms, but now it works so sporadically it is beyond a joke.

I might not even get paid on time if no-one can log-in to authorise the payments. It has been down almost permanently for three days.

And then what will happen? My mortgage will come out and I will go overdrawn. On my personal Co-op account. They had better not think of charging me overdraft fees!

What a way to run a business.

Agreed - it is a diabolical service. Downtime of several hours is common - days not infrequent. The security is not great - a username and password only - that can't be a good thing.
