i am into Gluten-Free diet because i am allergic to gluten. when baking bread, i always use Guar Gum or Xanthan Gum

There is actually a new gluten free pizza that’s made with a cheese crust. I have had a problem getting stores around me to sell it. Apparently they only sell it in the western states. It’s van hardens pizza… all reviews have been really good, even from non celiacs!

I wish there were more stores that sold ready-made GF Pizza’s. Tesco used to do a really nice tomato and cheese one but then they stopped and I haven’t seen any in there since- it’s not fair
